It combines durability with a polished gloss surface, making it ideal for premium signage, badges, industrial labels and compliance tags.

Technical Specifications

Rowmark Lasergloss features a thicker surface cap than many standard engraving plastics:

• LaserMax cap depth: 0.08mm
• Lasergloss cap depth: 0.13mm

The increased cap depth improves durability and finish quality. Lower-powered systems may require two engraving passes for optimal results.

Suggested Starting Settings (60W Laser Example)

• Raster engraving: Speed 70 / Power 35
• Vector cutting: Speed 15 / Power 25

Settings will vary depending on your machine configuration.

Engraving Tip: Use Bottom-Up Engraving

To preserve the gloss finish, use bottom-up engraving where possible. This reduces debris settling and improves overall finish quality.
