Zoe began her career in an administrative role before moving into accounts and eventually discovering her passion for materials sales. Over more than two decades, she built extensive expertise in engraving metals, laminates, and custom-sized components — becoming a trusted point of contact for customers who needed practical, reliable advice.

Her in-depth understanding of laser engraving materials allows her to guide customers toward the right choice based on application, finish, durability and environment.

Joining CSI Manufacturing

In 2017, Zoe joined CSI Manufacturing, bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge and long-standing customer relationships. Recognising her experience, CSI created a dedicated sales role tailored to her strengths — enabling her to focus on helping customers find the best material and cutting solutions.

Nearly seven years later, Zoe continues to play a key role in supporting customers across the UK and Ireland.
