1. Promoter: This prize draw is organised by CSI Manufacturing Ltd. Ireland Office: Unit 5 Redcow Interchange Estate, Turnpike Road, Ballymount, Dublin D22 FP22, Ireland. UK Office: Unit 2, Lynx Crescent, Hutton, Weston-Super-Mare, BS24 9DJ, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals who received the promotional email containing the survey invitation. Employees of CSI Manufacturing Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter: Participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon completing and submitting the questionnaire included in the promotional email.
4. Entry Deadline: All entries must be received before 11:59pm on 20th March. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
5. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
6. Prize: The prize consists of £500 credit with CSI Manufacturing, which may be used either:
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by email on 23rd March. If no response is received within 48 hours, CSI Manufacturing will attempt to contact the winner by phone. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, CSI Manufacturing reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
8. Announcement of Winner: With the winner’s permission, their name and/or company may be announced in a future CSI Manufacturing newsletter.
9. Data Protection: CSI Manufacturing takes data protection seriously and maintains Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Personal information collected through the questionnaire will be used only for the purposes of administering this promotion and understanding customer needs. Information will not be shared with third parties outside of CSI Manufacturing.
10. General: CSI Manufacturing reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control. CSI Manufacturing also reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. CSI Manufacturing’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
