What’s New: 200W for Fusion Pro 36 & 48

Epilog Laser, a leading manufacturer of CO2 and fibre laser engraving, cutting and marking systems, has announced a new 200 watt configuration for the Fusion Pro 36 and Fusion Pro 48 platforms.

The aim is simple: give production users more power for thicker materials, faster cycle times and higher output — while keeping the Fusion Pro workflow and features that operators already know.

“While our 120-watt machines are already incredibly powerful and precise, customers continually ask for higher wattage options to allow them to cut through thicker materials and tackle more industrial applications.”

— Mike Dean, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Epilog Laser

What You Can Expect with 200W

1) Increased Cutting Capability

With higher wattage available, users can process thicker materials more efficiently. Epilog states the 200W option can cut through up to Âľ" (19mm) acrylic and other organic materials (application dependent).

2) Faster Processing for Production Work

Higher power can reduce cutting time and support faster job turnaround. Epilog also references engraving speeds up to 4.2m (165 inches) per second, helping improve throughput where time per part matters.

3) Higher Output for Busy Workshops

For teams producing higher volumes, increased power can help meet production demands by reducing the time required for each job — particularly on thicker substrates or more demanding applications.

IRIS™ Camera System for Accurate Placement

In line with the rest of Epilog’s Fusion Pro offering, the 200W Fusion Pro 36 and 48 include the IRIS™ Camera System, giving operators a live preview of the engraving table for faster, more accurate artwork placement — even on uniquely shaped items.

UK & Ireland Availability

Epilog has indicated the 200W systems will be available in the UK and Ireland later this year.
