November 30% Anniversary Offer — Terms & Conditions

• Promotion period. Valid from 00:00 (GMT) on 3 November to 23:59 (GMT) on 30 November.
• Eligibility & channel. Offer applies to online purchases only made via www.csionline.co.uk. Orders placed by phone, email, in-person, or any other channel are excluded.
• Pricing basis. Discount applies to standard website list prices displayed on www.csionline.co.uk at the time of purchase.
• Code use. Enter CSI30 at checkout to apply the discount to qualifying items. One promo code may be used per order. The code is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed after an order is placed.
• Exclusions. The promotion does not apply to:
  • Orders placed under pre-agreed commercial or account arrangements (including but not limited to bespoke quotes, project pricing, fixed-price schedules, framework agreements, or other negotiated terms).
  • Taxes, duties, environmental fees, or other surcharges.
