FAQs
How do the Fusion Edge 12, 24, and 36 differ?
The primary difference is work area and footprint. Fusion Edge 12 offers 24" x 12" (610 x 305 mm), the 24 increases to 24" x 24" (610 x 610 mm), and the 36 provides a 36" x 24" (914 x 610 mm) table for larger jobs and higher throughput.
Should I choose CO₂ or Fiber for my Fusion Edge?
CO2 sources from 30–80 watts are ideal for wood, acrylic, plastics, rubber, and coated metals. The 30-watt fiber configuration is typically used for marking bare metals and some technical plastics. We can recommend the best option based on your material list and applications.
Is Fusion Edge suitable for a start-up business?
Yes. Fusion Edge is designed as a compact, professional laser engraver with production-grade components—ideal for new engraving businesses that need reliability and room to grow.
How does the IRIS™ camera system help with setup?
IRIS™ shows a live view of your table and material so you can position artwork on-screen instead of measuring manually—especially helpful for one-off items, jigs, and mixed jobs.
